Purpose

A pharmaceutical manufacturer, providing a dynamic range of products and services is seeking an HC Training Co-ordinator who will manage all training initiatives and train all manufacturing employees to become competent in FDA, MHRA and SAHPRA regulations when required and ensure that employees are able to do their job effectively

Minimum Requirements

  • Human Resource Development Degree or Diploma
  • Must be competent in MS Office and Excel
  • Two years training experience
  • Certified Training Certificate
  • A minimum of 2 years’ pharmaceutical experience
  • Quality Assurance experience would be advantageous

Key Job Outputs:

  • Develop departmental GMP training material
  • Ensure that personnel development plans are aligned to a skills gap analysis and evaluated against operational standards and GMP requirements
  • Ensure that there are researched action plans are formulated and implemented according to GMP standards and departmental requirements
  • Conduct SOP training when required
  • Ensure that GMP training modules are continuously updated to suit departmental training needs
  • Compile GMP and Hygiene program or year plan to ensure GMP awareness
  • Communicate the ATP ensuring that all staff are available and training is executed as per the planned target dates
  • Conduct reviews on the relevant policies and procedures to ensure that training is aligned
  • Ensure that all training facilities and required resources are assessed and fit for purpose
  • Ensure that training is planned within the required budget allocation
  • Ensure that all training courses are co-ordinated, presented and facilitated as planned
  • Ensure that all training is assessed and that required competencies are achieved
  • Design and implement a mentorship programme
  • Provide continuous feedback to all relevant stakeholders training progress
  • Provide monthly training reports
