Purpose:
A healthcare administration company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will be responsible to act as a business partner to the relevant business area by embedding HR operational strategies and activities into the business in support of the overall people strategy; provide professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal and external stakeholders with the objective of adding value to the business

- Implement practical solutions that use the specialist and departmental systems and processes
- Provide specialist input and recommendations to improve the efficiency, compliance and quality objectives related to the area of specialisation
- Identify problems and develop and propose solutions to present to appropriate leader or stakeholders
- Ensure day to day operational support required from area of specialisation is provided to enhance performance
- Provide generalist support and advice to business units and employees
- Accurately answer all queries related to Human Capital Processes and Policies
- Produce identified reports and distribute according to specifications
- Analyse, resolve and monitor queries within given time frames and escalate when required
- Attend hearings and attend to grievance processes
- Accountable for OD and Wellbeing interventions
- Assist managers with performance management process

- Support the identification, development and implementation of cost-effective processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost drivers related to area of specialisation

- Ensure CPD (continual professional development) or similar accreditation requirements are met annually to ensure maintained specialist accreditation

Specialist support to projects
- Provide specialist expertise and ensure best practice related to specialisation is implemented in projects, when required
- Conform to project management disciplines when participating in projects
- Represent department or project on appropriate committees related to area of specialisation

- Oversee various related projects as identified in line with the people strategy
- Manage and/or identify specific projects as determined in the groups Human Capital operational plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record on ability to implement and drive all HC value chain initiatives
- Support business in any other initiatives as identified to help business achieve their operational objectives
- Manage and co-ordinate participation of HR resource within allocated projects
- Advise and guide leadership in forecasting the business manpower plan and talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy
- Participate and/or drive all talent management initiatives in the business, engaging with learning and development to identify appropriate interventions and activities related to business requirements
- Promote, monitor and drive transformation within the business
- Drive the people processes to ensure that employees level of performance
- Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for leadership and employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes
- Implement HR policies to ensure that all decisions are fair and objective
- Participate in all annual reward and bonus processes as defined by the group
- Oversee the payroll administration and employee benefits component of the business
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leadership where appropriate
- Responsible for the management of own HR team
- Drive wellness initiatives throughout the business
- Ensure effective collaboration between the business, group stakeholders, Temporary employment service agencies and/or other partners
- Provide the relevant and appropriate HR administration support and / or guidance to business as and when required in line with the groups shared services processes
- Champion Change Management with all stakeholders
- Review the internal and external environment to improve the HR principles, best practices and initiatives to enhance overall business performance
- Identify and drive the communication and sharing of learning across functions to facilitate continuous improvement
- Actively participate in HR related business risk mitigation, ensuring that relevant Human Capital risks are appropriately mitigated and/or recorded
- Ensure all HR practices are soundly managed in line with legislation
- Act as an advisor to the business on employee relations matters and people management matters, ensuring that all relevant policies are adhered to and are applied fairly and consistently

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree (HRM/ Industrial Psychology)
Experience:
- 8+ years’ experience in HR role. Recognised as a subject matter expert in aspects of HR, specifically Employee Relations, Talent Management and Performance Management
- Knowledge, application and compliance to relevant legislation and regulations
- Change management understanding and ability to implement projects
- Understanding and ability to drive initiatives within the full HC value chain
- Recruitment and selection principles and application
- Knowledge, application and improvement of policies and procedures
