Purpose:
A global financial services company is seeking a Leads Management and Analytics Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of value through campaign management and analytics for the various business partners and will work with the campaign engineers and analysts to achieve this
Key Job Outputs:
Stakeholder Management
- Maintenance of business relationships
- Clear understanding of stakeholders KPIs, strategic focus and objectives
- Support stakeholders through the planning, processing, and post campaign analytics campaign process
- Adding value through campaign management, insights and analytics and capability enablement
- Manage any blockers, risks, and issues
- Demand management across operational, analytics, capability, and project areas
People Management
- Understanding of what is happening in the team
- Interrogate where the values lie and how capacity is spent
- Management reports
- Re-organise and re-configure the team to align

- Marketing or business management degree or diploma is advantageous
