Product Specialist – SSVP & SVP 35 views

Purpose:

A global pharmaceutical company focused on agile and sustainable growth and complex generics is seeking an A Product Specialist in SSVP and SVP who will call on targeted customers in the specified therapeutic area to promote the use of the company’s products, build rapport with all dieticians, general practitioners, pharmacists, stock controllers and receptionists

Minimum Requirements:

• Dietetics Degree
• 2 years previous experience as a medical sales representative
• Basic knowledge of working in hospitals and experience in anesthesia will be an advantage

Key Job Outputs:

• Implement programs and strategies to relevant customer base
• Facilitate and generate orders
• Achieve all established sales objectives as well as measure performance against objectives
• Conduct continuous targeting and updating of customer database
• Plan and organize the assigned territory to achieve optimal outcome
• Be aware of market trends and competitor activity
• Research, analyse, plan and recommend new business opportunities
• Manage budgets
• Build and maintain relationships on key accounts, hospitals, dieticians, general practitioners, pharmacists in hospital and retail and stock controllers
• Arrange CME meetings and congresses
• Manage administration responsibilities
