Purpose:
A FinTech company is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager who will be responsible for aligning the different departments, ensuring seamless coordination between teams generating leads and those responsible for sales fulfilment; additionally, they will oversee and drive team activity to support outbound sales strategies, manage initiatives and ensuring consistent execution
- Manage sales fulfilment execution for all inbound and partnership channels bringing in leads
- Manage direct to market sales initiatives and campaigns
- Manage contracts for unique solutions
- Trouble shoot, escalate and manage resolution on sales operational issues
Key Job Outputs:
- Manage sales fulfilment for all inbound and partnership channels
Ensure all incoming leads are optimally managed
- Ensure lead quality and reduce duplicates by working closely with the partnership and marketing teams bringing in the leads
- Function as the glue between the teams bringing in the leads and the sales executives fulfilling the deals: monitoring, reporting, escalations, resolution
- Ensure SLAs and metrics between teams bringing in leads and sales are in place, measured and managed
- Suggest and implement process, tech and people improvements to ensure metrics are met or exceeded
- Allocate leads to sales executives and manage capacity
- Track progress on leads loaded and escalate leads neglected
- Bring in partnership managers into deals which will benefit from support
Channel management support and stakeholder feedback
- Partner affiliate code creation and maintenance
- Lead form upgrades and quality assurance
- Weekly feedback on lead quality, leads volume received, conversions, issues faced and resolution from fulfilment on leads and conversions and deep dive into applications which made it to credit and where we lost and why
- Monthly feedback on channel performance and sales performance
Managing sales initiatives and campaigns for outbound channels
- Ensure collateral and campaigns are delivered as briefed in by Head of Sales
- Identify old applications which were previously unsuccessful, investigate and allocate to the respective salesperson, if feasible
- Referral program management
- Track SE lead provider activity
- Support the co-ordination of events and walk-in activities
- Manage contracts for unique solutions
- Send offers, generate contracts, sign contracts if required
- Approve disbursements
- Check-in on collections and ensure all funded deals are collecting as expected
- Troubleshoot, escalate and manage resolution on sales operational issues

Qualifications:
- Degree or related in business management, commerce or similar
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Agent/ Executive and minimum 2-3 years in a Sales Management or Sales Operations role
- Administrative related experience is highly advantageous
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience (advantageous)
