Purpose:
A Fintech company is seeking a Head of Sales who will be responsible for: a) managing and optimising a high volume, high paced sales environment, using analytics to understand blockages and areas for improvement b) inspiring, leading and driving a new business and retentions sales team through daily personal interaction and initiatives and c) understanding the financial solutions we structure for our clients to implement retentions strategies and manage escalations
Key Job Outputs:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets and related KRAs
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Deliver the client value proposition
- Define the customer experience golden thread and ensure delivery through the sales team
- Set up client experience measures and feedback exercises, using the results to motivate for and drive continuous improvement
- Propose improvements and new features related to the products and client service processes

- Motivated by sales targets
- A track record of identifying, developing and mentoring great talent and building and motivating high achieving teams
- Has been on the front line of sales in your career
- Customer advocate
- Working previously with online automated solutions is an advantage
- Data driven decision maker with willingness to experiment
Qualifications:
- Related degree or diploma
