Purpose:
A financial services company is seeking a Specialist: Leadership and Learning Programmes who is a visionary and innovator with a passion for transformation and continuous learning
Key Job Outputs:
- Partner with the talent and learning community to define exceptional learner experiences and create detailed operational plans, including pre-, during-, and post-delivery routines
- Implement learning delivery strategies that align with business needs and support the organisation’s goals
- Provide learning delivery consultation, designing and delivering customised strategic development experiences to improve individual and team performance
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of learning delivery policies, processes, and systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Lead the design, curation, and integration of learning journeys and portfolios, ensuring high-quality delivery and impactful learning experiences
- Manage relationships with learning vendors, including selection, quality management, and performance evaluation
- Provide advisory services on learning delivery, offering expertise in design, curation, integration, and vendor management
- Collaborate with the learning administration team to ensure effective execution and delivery of programmes
- Develop and implement performance and impact measurement systems for learning delivery, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality management standards related to learning delivery
- Drive change management and embedding strategies to ensure learning sticks and has measurable impact
- Leverage emergent learning practices and market trends to innovate and continuously improve learning delivery
- Oversee learning delivery management for key portfolios and strategic initiatives, including design, curation, planning, integration, vendor management, and quality assurance
- Leverage business, commercial, and functional insights to ensure the effective design and delivery of learning solutions

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in setting up and transforming learning delivery functions
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, with a creative and strategic approach to learning delivery
Salary: Market related
